All MT Series Window Art Panels are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are completely insured.  Although a rare occurrence,  panels damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge.  Before ordering, please make sure to check all appropriate clearances and installation measurements.  A manufacturer imposed restocking fee of 20% will be imposed on returns of non-damaged panels.  Panels marked “Call for shipping rates” are extra large, oversize panels that are truck shipped only.   Non-damaged, truck ship only panels are not returnable.  Any returned panels must be in all original packing and boxes and purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.  Credit for returns will be applied within seven days of return receipt of good condition merchandise.  Merchandise returned in damaged condition will be the responsibility of the purchaser to file an insurance claim with the shipping company.
